As a co-founder of Lighten Dementia Limited, Mordecai led the company to win various entrepreneurial competitions, including EASE Fund, and achieved a balanced budget within one year atter receiving tunding. With a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in Science in Nursing, and a Master's degree in Social Science in Global Political Economy, he contributed his expertise as a co-opt member of the Elderly Commission Working Group on Elderly Service Program, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the elderly through innovative solutions.
